The overground is no longer the primary source of commotion when you’re walking past many of London’s railway arches. Instead, a mixture of clamorous noises rule the sound waves; think barbells dropping, people gasping for breath and music pumping amongst the reverberation of passing trains.

And despite the fact that everyone seems to have an opinion on health and fitness, these are two topics where we should undoubtedly be learning from the experts.
